At eleven minutes long, it’s hard to work out exactly what Durrty Goodz is attempting with ‘Battle Hype’. On closer inspection (aka reading this post on Grimeforum) it seems he’s acting out conceptual clashes between Skepta and Ghetts, Wiley and Dizzee, Kano and Durrty Goodz himself, and Dee and Crazy Titch. Whether it’s a “#HOLYSHITMOMENT for grime” or not, it definitely makes for the most entertaining listen since ‘Who’s On The Panel’.

One forum post did point out “trim must be kinda pissed how his idea kinda got took and perfected” - but let’s not steal Goodz’ thunder: Battle Hype = HARD.
